The room reeked of must and who knows what else, not to mention the severe lack of cleanliness. I was expecting the outdoor pool to be inviting, but alas, it was dry and deserted! I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t with this experience. Disgraceful service, really!

missingWrote a review on Nov 09friendly staffclean roomspacious roombasic breakfastnoisy neighbors
The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Mr Patel, who went out of his way to resolve a plumbing issue in my room. He called to inform me about the situation and delayed the water shut-off so I could shower. The room was spacious and generally clean, which is important for a comfortable stay. Also, having access to a washer and dryer on-site made my two-week stay much easier. However, the breakfast was quite basic, mainly cereals and toast, lacking more substantial options like eggs or fruits. The pool looked inviting, but it was too cold for a swim during my visit. I also encountered some noisy neighbors at times, which could be disruptive. Overall, while my stay was mostly positive, a little more variety in breakfast and better soundproofing would enhance the experience significantly.

missingWrote a review on Sept 30complimentary breakfastgarden vegetablesroom cleanliness
The complimentary breakfast offered a decent variety, including cereals and waffles, which can hit the spot for a quick morning bite. The owner even went above and beyond by providing some garden vegetables for an extra touch.
Unfortunately, the presence of roaches in the room marred the experience significantly. Additionally, the bathroom water had a troubling brown tint, and the spa bath emitted a foul odor with dirt when turned on. The fridges in the rooms were unreliable. mine didn’t cool properly. There's also a confusing dog policy with unexpected charges for pets despite previous clarification online.

Adequate Stay, Needs Improvement
Spent one night as a family, and while the room was functional, the internet connection was unreliable. Our breakfast experience fell flat with limited options. I'd recommend nearby places for meals. Overall, it was a decent overnight stay but expect some hiccups during your visit.

Had an awesome time with friends! The pool area was a highlight for relaxation after visiting the beautiful Rose Garden and the local arboretum. The staff was welcoming and made us feel right at home. Plus, the breakfast options were decent enough to start the day. I recommend checking out local dining spots for more variety.
One thing that was a bit off was that when we discovered something wasn’t working in the room, it took a while to get it sorted out. Not ideal when you're just trying to enjoy your stay.

I had a good experience here. The staff was friendly and helped with parking for my oversized load, made it so much easier to settle in after a long drive.
It wasn’t cheap , but acceptable for what I needed.
