friendly, helpful staff
hotel needs repairs: dresser drawer would not open, areas needed paint, etc.
Friendly housekeeping crew. Did a great job with what they had to operate with.
Observed a management staffer consuming food at the "free breakfast" table. Same type of dry food every day. Recommend that this hotel look at upgrading to using a wafle iron at a mimimum. Hotel across street advertised "full and complete hot free breakfast". **Main problem: Sheets were not changed every day. Bed is made up, however, when I checked into the room I noted that the sheets appeared to be left from the prior tenant.
It is an older facility that needs to be updated but for the price and location it was a good deal! Our room was clean, cool and had plenty of clean towels as per requested for 4 women! Will stay there again on our next trip to shop at Canton! Would rather have shopping dollars vs. Luxury hotel! =) if you are looking for clean budget it's a good deal!
the room was spacious, the breakfast area was clean and the staff was friendly. we didn't get to swim, but the pool area was clean and inviting, also.
the bed was a bit stiff in our room.
The refrigerator and microwave in the room made traveling with medication that must be refrigerated and quick to prepare foods easy. I have stayed at this facility before, will stay again, and recommend it to my friends.
I like it that you allow pets, because we only stay in hotels that do.
I had requested a ground level room when making arrangements on line due to leg problem. I made this statement at check in and the desk man made the correction as we had been assigned to an upstairs room. This was very accommodating.
The hair dryer sounded like a German tank and did not last long enough to dry my hair before it shut itself off. It was not broken as I tried it before we left. I think it is time for a replacement.
It was horrible! Standing water in sink and tub. Manager called me on cell phone ar 2:30am to know if I was going to check in when I had checked in at 9pm. Asked for non smoking but smoke smell was terrible.
The rooms were very clean and neat.
One of the staff memebers, perhaps the manager's wife, was pretty rude. She got onto several guests within the few minutes I was at the front desk checking out. Also, we were charged for our pet, which I only partially blame the Inn. It should be very clearly stated on the Booked.net website that the charge is $10 - not "fees may apply." We were not told when checking in either, and found out when it was printed on our final bill.
Well first of all it was hard for me to find. I had calld the hotel 3 times and the front desk gave me the address incorrectly . U even told him the address that was On my confirmation sheet and he told me it was incorrect After putting it in my gps several times and not finding the location. I called the 1800 number who gave me the address of 3 locations and finally gave me the correct address. The doors were dirty and written on. On the 2nd room where my friend was staying with her family a drunk guy tried to get in and broke te chain . When I complain about it in the morning the front desk already knew cause the drunk guy had been in the reception earlier already wanting the same room where my friend was at. Why didn't they called for help by the police?
Overall for a hotel the price was reasonable.
The room had a terrible odor, almost like it had been water damaged or flooded, which made the entire floor sticky and the staff wasn't the most pleasant to deal with.
The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable
The room and bathroom both needed cleaning, especially needed vaccuuming
Where there were signs for no smoking, people were smoking. I am a non smoker and that bothered me.. My room was upstairs and I was told that the ice machine was close by, it was , but it was broken. I had to go up and down the stairs just to get ice.
The woman i believe the one in charge was friendly responsive to our needs.
I am tired of this chains variety of dumpy hotels. There is no quality consistency. I will not ever stay at this chain of hotels again.
The staff was very responsive to our requests and responded well to our dog. The room was very comfortable and inviting. We would stay here again and have our family stay when they come.
